14 days Returns

If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you have 14 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered.

 

Easy and Free Returns 

You can return/exchange any product you have bought (defective/didn’t meet the description on the website/ damaged through transportation) by presenting the invoice (proof of purchase).

In case the product was returned for being defective, the product will be checked from our quality department and once it confirms that the product is defected the refund process will start to occur.

All purchased items that you wish to return need to be in good condition (the product need to be in the same packing condition).

You can return the product through our online shop, and Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 working days from the day you requested a return.

In case of free promotional items “gifts” that you have received with the purchased product that you wish to return, you have to return them as well, and they should be in good conditions as mentioned above

 

Refunds

If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process. If you have paid through cash, the paid amount will be refunded cash during 7 working days either through the company office or through the courier/our representatives, however the shipping price will be deducted from your balance for either cash or Credit/Debit card.
